How I Focus On My Clients Needs

It might not surprise you to know that many Truckee, Lake Tahoe Sierra County and Plumas real estate agents are dropping from sight or changing careers and I believe it is because they are not focusing on the needs of their clients. Sellers get their listings on many other websites and buyers have the opportunity to search on several websites including mine.

Great Truckee, Lake Tahoe, Sierra and Plumas County real estate agents are sharpening their skills thru continued education, and looking at how they can improve their good service to great service to their clients to provide a professional yet friendly, knowledgeable approach to buying a home.
After being in this real estate business for almost 16 years as  and consistently selling homes each and every year, and still being in the business in the center of these most tricky times my intention is to stay in the business for the duration because I love my profession!   
If I want to build customers for life in  real estate and get referrals consistently from my past clients, I always do the best job possible the first time around - and by actually telling you in the beginning that my goal is to create customers and friends for life.  Real estate is most important to me because I love Truckee, Lake Tahoe Sierra and Plumas County. I will be  asking you to communicate with me along the way  letting me know if there is anything you feel I should be doing differently to satisfy your needs.

It is imperative to give my clients information about Truckee and Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas.  I don’t believe one can ever have enough information.  The more information I give you, the more educated you are and hence able to make truly informed decisions regarding Truckee real estate. By providing you with market statistics, especially right now, you always know the inside scoop.  I will consistently let you know how many homes are for sale in Truckee and surrounding areas, what the average price range that's selling, what the average time a home is on the market, and what the average list to sale price ratio.  By providing you information proves I know my business, and that I am genuinely interested in taking great care of and educating you along the way.
Those of you I have worked with know that I ~ ask questions.  Ask questions.  And ask more questions.  The more questions I ask the better I can help you because know the tables are turned and you are educating me to your desires.  Here are a few of the many questions I might ask you as a Buyer ~
What would you consider most important to you in buying a home? What is your personal time frame are you looking to be in your new home?  What is your price point?  How large is your family or expected guests at any one time?  What activities out of the home do you enjoy?
Have you interviewed a couple different lenders to get the best interest rate and closing costs package that you can?  What questions do you have about the home buying process that I can answer for you? I provide my buyers with a complete Truckee real estate Buyer’s Guide to assist us all thru the process from beginning to end. 
I always email buyers daily with new listings until you find the right home for you and your family here in Truckee and Tahoe Donner.  Doing this daily shows you that I truly am on top of the market and dedicated to finding the best house at the best price for you.
Most importantly, I need you to communicate with me about your real estate desires and limitations.  The key to note is that I always listen very carefully to your words and your responses to properties we see together.  Be open and honest with me about each and every property.  Remember ~ you are not insulting me if you hate something about any property!  Let me know exactly what you love about each property because of course, this allows me to perhaps expand our search parameters until we find that perfect house here in Truckee and Lake Tahoe.
